Using a sulfur cream. Or using @PanOxyl benzoyl peroxide (2-5%). You can also use prescription azelaic acid of course. Cystic acne is the WORST because it needs calming and fighting at the same time. You can’t just attack it otherwise it just gets WORSE and it leaves a mark. And this hack does exactly that.
