Justine AntoineMediterranean meatball bowl :) I don’t count my calories. I just focus on choosing good, balanced foods and keeping a healthy routine that feels sustainable. When you build that balance, you naturally start craving healthier things. I barely even buy sugar anymore. And because my routine is solid, I never feel guilty when I eat a bit more or enjoy something less “healthy.” Finding that balance is what makes everything easier in the long run.
