It’s not always the tears that measure the pain, Sometimes its the smile we fake. This goes for everyone not just me, you never know what could be happening behind closed doors. I was very depressed in 2021 and social media was my only true outlet where i found happiness. I’ve been working on my mental health and making it my first priority the past year. And happy to say I’m SO HAPPY AND HEALTHY NOW💕! It does get better I promise…. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters
