Even a year ago, I would never post a video of me crying in the middle of dancing improvisation, but I feel like it's important to remind other dancers that this is an art which is a therapy and not all of it is made to be perfectly consumable- i think we sometimes all lose focus of dancing for ourselves for others to observe, not observing ourselves for others to enjoy (all the time at least)❤️ #dance #contemporarydance #choreography #improvisation #dancemoms #danceimprovisation #ballet #balletdance #moderndance
