I went through every flavor I have so you can see the calories, dietary fiber and protein in each one! This is exactly why I like them for my mom bag, hiking snacks, camping food, road trips or just grabbing something when I’m running out the door. Also for my Husband for work. They’re shelf-stable, ready to eat and actually feel like a substantial snack. Still not replacing my tamale lady 😂 but for a quick grab-and-go tamale? I clearly stay stocked. And I buy the FILLO’S Walking Tamales in bulk here because that’s where I’ve personally found the best deal.
