CITIZEN the artist10.18.26 ‘GIRL I’M WITH,’ a new song and original short film. So proud of this project, the team worked unbelievably hard to bring this to you guys. Can’t wait to share it with you on the 18th. I know I’ve been gone for a while; back in July we flew to London to shoot on-location on our biggest music video yet. This one is something the team and I have been wanting to pull off for a long time: creating something that blends my favorite art forms. In many ways, I see this as the future of music marketing. It’s time that we moved away from the endless iterations of each-other’s work and allow the marketing to be a kind of art in its own right— giving the audience a story in every possible medium. After ten days of shooting, two months of editing, and $9K of my own money paid out-of-pocket, we’re finally ready to start pulling back the curtain on our most ambitious project yet. Be ready for lots more music and as always some crazy videos. Oh, and as always: No AI used.
