Product development is never a linear process and the one thing that’s been a constant during 22 years in beauty are the surprises along the way. 🙂 Toner Pads are a category that has so much great innovation in Korea. But we heard the feedback too - that often toner pads would be dried out half way through using the jar, that the pads were too abrasive & textured or wouldn’t stick to skin, that formulas were often a little irritating. So we went to work to address all of this. When we were told by our labs that we had to reduce the serum or thicken the pad to make sure every jar had perfectly stacked pads when opened - we went back and forth but ultimately said no to both. And we made the right decision to stick to our gut - each jar may not look perfectly stacked but every single pad, down to the very last one, will be soaked in serum for a juicy 5 min facial.
