Christine ChangBingsoo was one of our favorites desserts to eat in the summers in Korea - it was much simpler back then: roughly shaven ice, a little red bean drizzled with condensed milk, maybe a powdering of job’s tears on top. Now I’m perpetually amazed by how good bingsoos are in Seoul.
