BOYCOTT. → The February 28th Economic Blackout encourages consumers to avoid spending any money with major retailers this Friday as an act of economic protest in response to the malign influence of billionaires, big corporations, and both major political parties on the lives of working Americans. Avoid shopping from ANY major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, or Target. Avoid Fast-Food Chains. Avoid Purchasing Gas. We often fail to recognize the power we collectively carry with our spending behavior. Together we can influence more sustainable change by working to boycott harmful corporations long-term. While many day to day purchases are often necessities, we encourage you to do your best each day to only support companies who share your values.
