cesarcaroCHAPTER 2 - DOING HAIR SINCE I WAS 12 I was 12 years old when my uncle taught me one of the most important lessons of my life. He didn't just teach me how to cut hair. He taught me how to treat people. He showed me that everyone who sits in your chair deserves to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly seen. Because great service is not only about creating beautiful hair. It is about creating a moment where someone feels important, confident, and appreciated. That lesson has stayed with me throughout my entire career. Today, every woman who sits in my chair reminds me why I chose this profession. Because hair can transform an image... But making someone feel truly seen can transform a life. To be continued... Chapter 3 tomorrow. #CesarCaro #TheFounder #DoingHairSince12
