Kayla B | Beauty Creator✨I'm 36 and I'm a little embarrassed to admit that: 1. I still don't feel like I have anythinggg figured out. 2. I'm proud of the career I'm building, but sometimes I'm scared it could all disappear. 3. I'm always chasing what's next and forget to stop and realize how far l've already come. 4. I literally put myself on the internet for a living, but letting people really get to know me feels like the scariest thing ever! And if I'm being completely transparent, even posting this feels uncomfortable. l've rewritten this caption more times than I'd like to admit because sharing me feels so different from sharing my favorite lip combo or silk press routine. I'm learning that being visible and being seen are two very different things. Somehow we've grown to a community of 33k (l still can't believe that!) but y'all barely know the real me! I've gotten really comfortable sharing my beauty routines, but I haven't really opened myself up to you beyond that and I want to get a little more comfortable sharing the woman I am behind the glam. So...here goes nothing! The hair tutorials and beauty routines aren't going anywhere, but maybe we can make a little more room for the real-life stuff in between. Motherhood, the wins, the growing pains, the moments of self doubt and everything else that comes with being a woman trying to build the life she always dreamed of. So if we're gonna be internet besties I guess we should actually get to know each other and figure this thing out together!🤎
