INGREDIENTS: - 1 package ground chicken - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 egg - 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese - Carbone Fine Food Vodka Sauce - Fresh basil - Freshly grated Parmesan INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix ground chicken, seasonings, egg, and cottage cheese until combined. Form into meatballs. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides. 3. Remove meatballs from the skillet and prepare the Vodka Sauce according to package instructions. 4. Add meatballs back into the sauce, cover with a lid, and cook until fully cooked through. 5.
