BuldakThis might be my new fav way to eat Mac and Cheese 😋 #Buldak #MacandCheese #recipe Test Kitchen Tuesday Recipe: Microwave Sweet Corn Mac-and-Cheese Elote Bowl Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 3 minutes Ready in: 13 minutes Serves: 1 Ingredients: - 1 microwave cup Buldak Sweet Corn Mac n' Cheese - 1/2 cup fresh roasted corn - 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo - 2 tbsp cotija cheese, crumbled - Fresh cilantro, chopped - Buldak Hot Sauce, for drizzling - 1 fresh lime wedge Instructions: Cook Mac: Prepare the Buldak Sweet Corn Mac n' Cheese according to package instructions. Make Cheese Sauce: Add the cheese sauce powder, and stir until creamy. Add Kewpie: Mix in Kewpie mayo for a richer, elote-style base, and 1/4 cup corn. Layer Toppings: Top with remaining corn, crumbled cotija, and chopped cilantro. Add Heat: Drizzle with Buldak Hot Sauce in place of traditional chili seasoning. Finish & Serve: Squeeze fresh lime over the top, and serve immediately.
