Buldakrate my cheese pull ๐ #buldak #recipe #spicy Test Kitchen Tuesday Recipe: Buldak Pull-Apart Bread Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Ready in: 45 minutes Serves: 8 Ingredients: - 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan - 2 tbsp Buldak Carbonara Hot Sauce, plus more for dipping - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp sliced scallions - 1 tsp sesame seeds or furikake - Nonstick spray or butter, for greasing Instructions: Prep Pan: Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF. Grease a 1-inch Bundt pan, loaf pan, or small baking dish with nonstick spray or butter. Make Buldak Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Buldak sauce, minced garlic, and honey until glossy and combined. This is the main flavor moment, so make sure the sauce is fully mixed into the butter. Cut and Stuff Biscuit Dough: Cut each biscuit into 3-4 pieces. Flatten each piece slightly, add a small pinch of mozzarella in the center, then pinch it closed into a rough ball. Coat Dough: Add the stuffed biscuit pieces to a large bowl. Pour the Buldak garlic butter over the top and gently toss until coated. Add the Parmesan, and toss again so the pieces get a salty, cheesy coating. Bake: Transfer the coated dough pieces into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden, puffed, and cooked through in the center. If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the last 10 minutes. Let the monkey bread cool for 5 minutes, then invert it onto a serving plate if using a Bundt pan, or serve straight from the baking dish. Brush or drizzle with any remaining Buldak garlic butter, then sprinkle with sliced scallions and sesame seeds. Serve with additional Buldak sauce and enjoy.
