brothersbondbourbonA classic with a Brother’s Bond twist. 🥃🍋 Our Bourbon Whiskey Sour is smooth, bright and perfectly balanced, finished with a float of ruby port. Ingredients 2 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon ¾ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz simple syrup ½ oz ruby port, floated Optional: ½ oz egg white Lemon peel or cherry, for garnish Method Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and optional egg white to a shaker. If using egg white, dry shake first. Add ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass, then slowly float the ruby port over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a lemon peel or cherry.
