Here’s the thing… You just have to keep going As hard as it is continuing to keep going gives you a reason… the reason behind your end goal, the reason to reflect and assess and the reason to better yourself into the version once always dreamed of🤍 The past few weeks have been rough to say the least been given no option but for paths to split ways Over this time my daily routine habits slipped from beneath me leaving me isolated and struggling to find the light and strength to push forward and work on myself This week alone I feel the best I’ve felt in back in my happy place, I’m lifting heaving and I’m taking all the frustration out on developing myself and adapting to the changes The next few months for me are going to be chaotic to say the least…I have a lot coming up between a massive secret, a mile stone within my own personal life I’m about to achieve and also having the opportunity to go visit/ meet some people I’ve admired for a long time 🥹 If I was an outsider looking in I’d be telling myself it’s okay to be upset it’s okay to feel lost but go back to your own happy place and let the emotions out there…you never know the full outcome until you’ve put yourself into the position you never once thought you’d be in🤍 I’m still left clueless, I still feel hurt but at the end of the day It was never my decision unfortunately and that’s something I’m going to need to learn to accept 🫶🏼 I love you all💜 @aybl
