š¦Billie-Louiseš¦75 medium updateā¦ I know a lot of people will have a lot to say about this Iām disappointed in myself it took 4 attempts to finally be happy with my starting point but life happens and Iād much rather have put my mental health first the past couple weeks as I knew that was more important to meš¤ This isnāt just weight loss for me this challenge itās about pushing myself and working for what I want. I want to come out of this happier, healthier and more mentally stable( im being optimistic here) I hope I didnāt disappoint any of you who were cheering me on but just know I disappointed myself but know itās okay because if you donāt succeed at first just try and try again āØ I want to give this my best shot and I feel like this was the only way I could do this š«¶š¼ #CapCut #fyp #foryoupage #scottish #75mediumchallenge #75medium
