Beyond Officialfeels like a breakfast for dinner kinda day — INGREDIENTS: 1 Beyond Sausage® Link, Brat Original 1 Burrito flour tortilla 5 oz Plant-based egg liquid ¼ cup plant-based shredded cheese ¼ cup white mushrooms, chopped ¼ cup fresh spinach Pinch of black pepper (season to preference) Green onions to garnish PREPARATION: 1. Crumble 1 Beyond Sausage Link, Brat Original into a warm pan on medium-high heat. Stir lightly with a spatula until the edges of the sausage crumbles start browning. 2. Add in plant-based egg liquid. Cook on medium-high heat until the egg starts to bubble. 3. Place the tortilla on top of the sausage-egg mixture and let cook for a few minutes. The mixture should stick to the tortilla as it cooks further. Flip the quesadilla and add in mushrooms, spinach, plant-based cheese, and other veggies to your preference. 4. Fold the tortilla in half one time and allow sides to crisp up, flipping as necessary. Garnish with green onions and serve with your choice of sauce. #BeyondSausage #Plantbased #breakfastideas #weeknightmeals
