BET NetworksThe syllabus tells you what’s due. It doesn’t tell you how much it can take to get there. This CAU senior gets honest in #TheCheckIn about a challenge that doesn’t come with a grade: finding the will to show up for yourself when you’re discouraged. She’s determined to see her goals through, and she’s making space to admit that it’s hard. Both can be true. What’s something you can give yourself more credit for in this semester of life? #BET #GetYourMindRight
