We humans often wonder just how smart wild animals are. Well, these orcas have learned that by using teamwork as a family group and water as a tool, they can create powerful waves to access seals that would otherwise be out of reach. Every single time we saw them hunt, their tactics were different and the types of waves they created were different. Their behavior was artful, not instinctive.
