Barfly#Splice i seriosly had this taken down again because the meat juice is the shade of red that looks like blud. Even typing the word is trouble. So its now less vudusl of a vid but still solid. 48 hours in the sous vide made these extremely tender. #bathroomchef #howtocookproperly #macandcheese #shortribs #sousvide
