Barfly#Splice I wanted to try derp frying a whole chicken instead of individual pieces. I may not be considered a fried chicken purist because I do enjoy using breadcrumbs or Panko instead of just seasoned flour. But for a longer fry like a whole chicken, I wanted to keep the risk of smoke to a minimum.
