BarflyCleaning out my fridge of all random dogs and sausages I was able to grind them all up and form them into a XL Frankenstein Hotdog. I mixed in meat glue so it would hold its shape while smoking. Otherwise the skin would break and the ground dog bits would pour out. I know this from experience. So I add meat glue at rate of 1.5% of the meat weight. After stuffing it I let it sit in the fridge overnight.
