a u t u m n ⚡️I told myself when I started posting on here that I would hold my self accountable and that I would show the good, bad, and the ugly. The really raw stuff, whether people like it or not. I know it’s cringe, I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but half the things you see on this app are not relatable. They don’t show the ugly or non aesthetic parts. Let’s change that! This is taking so much vulnerability to post something like this on the internet. Listen, I know the pictures aren’t exactly at the same spot but the progress is there! Same room, same lighting. The left is 3 months postpartum. I was hating myself which left me in a place I didn’t want to be in. So the right side is me holding myself accountable. I’ve been putting in the work. 5 miles a day + Pilates 2/3 days a week. It’s not easy but I’m feeling better in my new body and I’m down 40 pounds 🎉 *if you’ve made it this far thank you for coming to my ted talk, I hope this helps anyone else who may have body dysmorphia 🫶🏼 *and if you have not nice things to say, just scroll on ❣️
