AuroraculpoTwo years after my divorce, I started looking at my life differently. I wasn’t just asking what I wanted, I was finally willing to look at the patterns that were quietly shaping everything I was attracting. I kept ending up in the same dynamics, the same emotional loops, and the same versions of the same problems wearing different outfits. I had all the self-awareness in the world, but I couldn’t break the wiring underneath it. I could see the patterns, I just couldn’t interrupt them. When someone recommended a four part intensive k*etam!ne journey, I hesitated. It felt like a lot. But it ended up being the first thing that actually shifted the deeper stuff, not just the symptoms. k*etam!ne assisted therapy works by creating a short window of heightened neuroplasticity, basically your brain becomes more flexible and open to forming new pathways instead of defaulting to old ones. For me, that meant I could finally see my own role in the patterns I kept repeating. Not in a self-blaming way, but in a way that made change possible. It let me understand why certain dynamics kept showing up in different relationships and situations, and it gave me the space to choose differently instead of reacting automatically. It reopened creativity and joy I hadn’t felt in years. It softened the obsessive, ADHD ish thought loops I assumed were just how my brain works (and got me to finally kick my sneaky love for nicotine). And most importantly, it helped me interrupt behaviors I didn’t even realize were contributing to what I was attracting. I don’t think everyone needs k*etam!ne therapy. But for me, this was the moment everything started moving in a different direction, because my brain finally had the capacity to do something new instead of repeating the familiar. #kat
