We wanted to provide another quick update regarding the USPS tracking issue that has impacted some recent shipments. While USPS has still not corrected or updated their tracking system, we have started receiving confirmation from customers whose tracking was showing incorrect information ( with packages appearing as delivered to another state back in April) that their orders have in fact arrived safely. If your package has not arrived yet, please continue to allow a little more time. Some shipments were not picked up by USPS until Wednesday and Thursday, so many packages are still actively moving through the network. We have also learned that some customers who contacted their local post office were able to receive more accurate information than what is currently being displayed online. In addition, we personally took several affected tracking numbers to our local USPS branch and requested Internal Tracking Statements. These reports showed the actual shipment activity, including: ✨When the shipping label was created ✨Where the package was currently located in real time ✨Recent scans and movement history ✨Even records of when customers contacted USPS regarding the package We completely understand how confusing and frustrating this situation has been, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience while it gets sorted out. We do want to gently note that this issue is not unique to Aspiring Aromas and has affected a number of businesses, both large and small. Based on the information we’ve received from USPS, our local post office, customers, and reports from other companies, this appears to be related to a USPS/Shopify tracking issue rather than anything specific to your order or our shipping process. While we wish we had the ability to correct the tracking information ourselves, unfortunately that is something only USPS can update within their system. Please know that we have been actively investigating affected shipments and sharing any information we receive. Our goal is always to make sure your order arrives safely and to support you every step of the way. Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and for keeping us updated as your orders arrive.
