Aspiring AromasWe wanted to share a quick update regarding both shipping and our Dry Oils! 📦 Tracking Updates: If you recently received a shipping notification and your tracking appears unusual, shows a different destination, or indicates a delivery date from the past, please allow 24–48 hours for USPS to refresh its system. USPS routinely recycles tracking numbers after approximately 120 days and is supposed to clear all previous tracking history before reassigning them. Unfortunately, there appears to be a system issue where some recycled tracking numbers are displaying old tracking information that should have already been removed. This is a known USPS issue and is not an Aspiring Aromas issue. As a result, some customers may temporarily see inaccurate tracking events, previous delivery scans, or addresses that do not belong to their shipment. Rest assured, your package is still associated with your correct order and should begin displaying accurate tracking information once USPS completes its system refresh. 💖 ⏳ Order Updates: We know many of you are excitedly watching others receive their goodies! Please remember that all Phase 1 orders are still within our stated 7–15 business day processing and shipping timeframe, which was provided before purchase, included in your order confirmation, and acknowledged at checkout. Because we are still within that promised timeframe, we do not currently have additional updates to provide on individual orders. Seeing another customer receive their package does not necessarily mean your order has been delayed or overlooked. Orders move through our queue based on a variety of factors, including order contents, fulfillment logistics, and when the order was placed. To help our small team stay focused on packing and shipping as many orders as possible, we kindly ask that customers allow the full processing timeframe to pass before requesting order updates. If your order exceeds the timeframe we provided, we will absolutely be happy to look into it for you. ✨ Dry Oil Crystallization: We’ve also received questions about some oils appearing cloudy or developing crystals. This is called crystallization, a natural reaction that can occur when certain fragrance materials and carrier oils are exposed to temperature changes during shipping and storage. For example, your package may leave a warm warehouse, spend hours in an air-conditioned truck, move through a cool sorting facility overnight, and then sit in a hot delivery vehicle before arriving at your door. Those constant temperature fluctuations can cause some ingredients to temporarily crystallize or become cloudy. This is not the result of a manufacturing error, contamination, or anything done incorrectly during production. It’s simply a natural physical reaction that can happen with certain ingredients under changing temperature conditions. The good news is that crystallization does not affect the quality, safety, performance, or scent of your oil. Your oil is perfectly safe to use and will continue to perform as intended. 💖 If crystallization occurs, a gentle warm water bath followed by allowing the oil to sit and settle is usually all that’s needed. We’ve also provided information about this on our website homepage and under each applicable product in the “Read Before You Purchase” section so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. We kindly encourage everyone to review all important product information, disclaimers, and purchasing details before placing an order to ensure you know exactly what to expect. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support while we work through your orders. We can’t wait for everyone to receive their goodies! #AspiringAromas #FluffedPeaches #WhatTheFluff #SmallBusinessLove #PerfumeCommunity 💕
