Aspiring AromasIf you missed the 10AM drop or experienced issues that were beyond our control, you will still have another opportunity during our preorder opening at 4PM. Regarding the “reserve your cart” feature, this is an add on service that we pay for, and at this time, we’re unsure why it did not function as expected. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. We thoroughly tested it on our end and it performed correctly, so it’s likely that the issue only arose under high traffic volume once the site went live. We trusted that it would work as advertised, so we share in your frustration and confusion. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any retroactive adjustments. However, we do want to ensure everyone still has a fair opportunity to place an order during the 4PM preorder. For transparency, please note that DM’ing or emailing us will not allow us to manually place orders. We are doing our best to create additional opportunities for everyone, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these high demand restocks. If this option still doesn’t work for you, we completely understand our goal is always to operate with fairness and transparency. We hear you, and we understand the frustration. Your feelings are valid, whether that means sharing respectful feedback, placing an order at 4PM, or deciding that our brand may not be the right fit for you. We respect whatever decision you choose. However, when frustration turns into disrespect over fragrance and body care, that will not be tolerated. We kindly ask that you move forward elsewhere if that boundary cannot be respected. Please know we are doing everything within our control and are actively treating this as a learning experience. We are reviewing what happened, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary adjustments to better support both our customers and our brand moving forward.
