Annie MiaoI no longer believe in the concept of good or bad people because ultimately, what is in our hearts doesn’t matter; our actions and movements among others is how the world will receive us. 2025 was tough. Amidst some truly amazing moments, I felt the pain of loss and the ache of regret as an underlying whisper throughout. Despite my intentions, I was often not my best- to others, to my mind, to my body. Understanding why someone behaves the way they do does not excuse them from the impact their actions (or inactions) have, and for better or worse we must live with our choices. I choose to look forward with hope, and love.
