Allies of SkinSome days feel amazing; others, you won’t want to leave the bed. Instead of fixating on the size of my pores, the best thing I did was to heal spiritually. It truly takes a village, and I’m so grateful to have these brilliant healers, some of whom have become my soul family: 1. @aurachakraofficial: Selina is the aura master and, besides her work with energy and chakras, one of her superpowers (she has many) is to help you reclaim your light and to know your worth. She has been my lighthouse during my darkest periods. 2. @stayconnectedlissypuno: Lissy is a psychologist and Imago relationship therapist. She has helped me with a lot of inner child healing. 3. @drlindabedessianjohn: Linda is a formidable chiropractor, specializing in Network Chiropractic Care. She moves pain and trauma out of the body so you can believe in yourself again. She has helped me see myself in a different light. 4. @leyentran_: Leyen is the most gifted facialist because she is also a natural healer. I’m proud that she is also @alliesofskin’s exclusive Master Facialist. Leyen has a proprietary technique she’s developed over twenty years called Facial Feng Shui, where she balances your facial features for maximum sculpting and definition while releasing trauma from your face and body. A certified Reiki healer, too, a facial by Leyen is no walk in the park. Celebrities have called her facials ‘an exorcism.’ But you leave glowing, sculpted, lighter, and vibrating from head to toe. 5. @jimmy_bluff: Jimmy is a master of fascia healing, and a session with Jimmy is unlike any other. Our body holds onto so many psychic wounds from trauma that manifest into physical ailments, and Jimmy helps unlock and heal those pains. I leave feeling lighter, standing taller with the clearest head after every session. — @nicolas.allies - #ALLIESOFSKIN #InMyHealingEra #TransparencyThursday #founderstory #traumahealing
