Alexis BittarMargeaux Goldrich is a fixture in NYC, a fashion icon. She has rubbed elbows with quite a few people over the decades. One person in particular is the legendary, Patti Wilson. Apparently Patti has never reciprocated the respect that Margeaux feels entitled to.
