AcadiaThis is what works for me ok don’t freak out you can try it if you think you have tight hip flexors that are inhibiting your glute workouts cause PERSONALLY that’s what I had and this helped a lot and I’ve come a long way with flexibility. Please do your mobility and take care of your hips yall or you will get injured like I did. I also have a separate static stretching routine that I do after leg days which is more boring. #hipmobility #glutes #tighthips #dynamicstretching #gym
