ABOUT YOU officialIt’s International Cookie Day 🍪✨ Here's the recipe to our christmas cookies: 📌 Ingredients: 225 g flour • 150 g cold butter • 75 g powdered sugar • 1 pinch salt • 1 egg • 3 g gingerbread spice 🥣 Instructions: Preheat the oven to 160 °C (fan). Briefly mix butter, powdered sugar, salt & spice. Add egg and mix again. Knead in flour, chill dough for 30 min. Roll out, cut shapes & bake for about 12 min. 🧂Icing: 250 g powdered sugar • 50 g egg white Sift powdered sugar, add egg whites. Warm briefly over a water bath (about 40 °C).
