Abir HassHealthy hair just looks better 🤍 No extensions, no 3-hour heat styling every day, just really good maintenance. I get my ends dusted every 3 months, use good shampoo + conditioner, hair mask once a week, and try to keep the heat to a minimum. I also stick to semi permanent color when I want to refresh my hair instead of constantly putting it through it, and I keep up with my blood work because I’m a firm believer that healthy hair starts from the inside too.
